WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your AVIVA WINTER purchase.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn purchase within 7 days of invoice date for a refund minus shipping charges.  You must return item(s) via a traceable method along with the original packaging and invoice. Since engraved or custom made pieces are made just for you these are final sale.

HOW DO I GET SOMETHING REPAIRED?

Should you wish to make any alterations to your jewelry, or require a repair, email us at hello@avivawinter.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.If your item requires repair we will let you know the cost of repair.

WHY ARE SOME OF ITEMS ONE OF A KIND?

When we find a beautiful stone or a unique piece we have to have it and we have to create something beautiful.  Unfortunately, since every stone is one of a kind so are some of the pieces we create.   

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Many of our items are made just for you so please reference the approximate shipping times listed in each product description. Our goal is to fulfill your order in a timely manner, but ask that you be aware of our production windows.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX THROUGHOUT THE US?

Nope, just in New Jersey and New York.
